Experience Frankfurt’s most famous landmarks up close on this tour to the banking district, the stock exchange, the “Alte Oper” (Old Opera House) and Old Town district around the Römerberg public square. Dinner is served back at the hotel or a restaurant.
Day 2: RHINEGAU VALLEY - WINE TASTING - EBERBACH ABBEY - LORELEIToday's day trip takes you to the Rheingau, one of the most beautiful wine-growing regions in Germany. Enjoy the drive along the beautifully situated wine villages such as Rüdesheim, Assmannshausen and St. Goarshausen to the famous Loreley Rock. In the medieval monastery of Eberbach, a filming location for 'The Name of the Rose', a guided tour of the monastery awaits you with six stops where you can taste six wonderful wines produced by the Kloster Eberbach winery. During this wine tasting tour, you will also discover the secrets of the former Cistercian abbey. A dinner together rounds off the day.
Day 3: FRANKFURT MAIN TOWER - DEPARTUREBefore heading home, enjoy a magnificent panoramic view of Frankfurt from the viewing platform 198 metres up the Main Tower.
