Programme
After your arrival, your tour guide welcomes you on a sightseeing tour of Hamburg. You will be able to see the most important sights of the Hanseatic City e.g. St. Michael’s Church (called “Michel” by the people of Hamburg), Reeperbahn boulevard, the Alster river, HafenCity and the Elbe Philharmonic Hall. Dinner is served back at the hotel.
Day 2: HARBOUR CRUISE - HAFENCITYExperience one of the biggest seaports in the world on an hour-long boat trip along the old warehouses of the historical Speicherstadt district, the container terminal and Germany's biggest wharf, Blohm & Voss. Afterwards, your guide will show you around Speicherstadt district and the new HafenCity with the newly built Elbe Philharmonic Hall.
Day 3: ALTES LAND REGIONEnjoy today’s guided tour through the rural Altes Land region with its pretty villages, magnificent half-timbered houses, dikes, ditches, creeks, channels and fruit trees as far as the eye can see. Lunch en route included. After your return, a maritime evening buffet in the hotel will help you restore your strength.
Day 4: DEPARTUREToday, you depart for your journey home.
